In this article I'll show you how you can improve you eyesight with sunning, palming and other easy relaxation techniques. Sunning - Sun is very important for our health. Sunshine enables us to manufacture the Vitamin D that we need. How to perform sunning: - ?? Close your eyes and face the sun directly.
- ?? Slowly move your face left and right to enable sun to reach every part of your face.
- ?? Breath deeply and slowly
- ?? After this you can do some variations. Rotate your face clockwise than you can change the direction.
- ?? Continue doing that for 5 minutes or more
- ?? Finish each session with palming for few minutes.
Palming - Helps to relax your eyes. It's very simple but effective. - ?? Sit on a chair, rub your hands until you feel they are warm.
- ?? Place your palms on your eyes but avoid pressure.
- ?? You may still see some color or lights.
- ?? Imagine deep blackness and focus on the blackness.
- ?? Take deep breaths slowly and relax.
- ?? Continue doing that for 5 minutes or more.
Eights- This exercise will warm you up. You should do it when you feel that your neck and shoulders are under tension. It's very good exercise if you work for long hours in front of the computer. - Find quiet and calm place.
